The Life Chef, Asata Reid taught us how to prepare an Italian themed dinner that was sexy, delicious and nutritious! We enjoyed tasty wine pairings with each course and the good company of fellow Spicy Ladies!

Tasty exceeded our expectations! We learned so much about cooking with whole foods, fresh herbs & spices and healthy pasta options. We ate a 3 course meal and didn't feel full or bloated after. Yet satisfied! We look forward to the next sessions. AND THE COUPLES COOKING SESSION COMING SOON!
