Below is the menu for the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Luncheon. The political royalty of the Unites States of America dined with our Nations New President, Barack Obama!

I am going to attempt a recipe or two from the Presidential Inaugural Luncheon!

I am a little intimidated, but one of my resolutions was to rise to the culinary challenge and try some new exciting menu options.
