I already drink protein shakes from time to time so I'm going to try the faux ice cream sandwich recipe. Don't they sell chocolate graham crackers too? That might be something to try. I'm always down for a sweet. I get tired of sugar-free jello when I'm trying to be good.

YUCK...bring on the real icecream sandwich, but in moderation. Thats one reason why I think dieting is so hard for people because they feel like they have to give up so much REAL stuff. The reality is that you don't. Eat a real icecream, made of milk & sugar but in moderation. Its not bad for you and you will be satisfied.

Great comments!

True, we can eat all things in moderation. It is all about adapting to a " healthy lifestyle".
Healthy options and alternatives, even if they are "faux" are great for those who want to eat sweets more frequently and may find it difficult to indugle in moderation. Or just to present new options.

If its tasty and good, I will try it. If its healthy and good for me, even better!
